Especially with COVID affecting all our workplaces and communities, we’ve personally noticed that there were many unmet needs of families in our own neighborhoods. It’s been heartbreaking to see families needing assistance with food, clothing, emergency bills, etc. that other assistance programs aren’t designed to meet. Some families don’t know where to turn for support while others’ pride sadly prevents them from reaching out.
There is an equal number of people who are offering a helping hand – they have willingly volunteered and/or have expressed the desire to help others during these tough times. With these two groups, those in need and those ready to help, we saw the opportunity to step in and combine forces for everyone's benefit.
In April 2021, our vision of joining forces to create community blessings came to life with The Saratoga Cares Foundation!
We are so pleased to share with you, that with your help, our mission has expanded outside our immediate neighborhood and we are now looking for opportunities to help throughout Saratoga County.
